Welcome to Luxevo, Bahrain's premier luxury chauffeur service. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We aim to provide a seamless and exceptional travel experience for all our clients.

  1. Service Confirmation: The Luxevo Chauffeur Service Confirmation Form serves as a confirmation for chauffeur service. The service is subject to availability and confirmation by Luxevo. A representative from Luxevo will contact you to confirm the details of your requested service.

  2. Service Date and Time: The requested service date and pick-up time provided in this form are subject to availability. Luxevo will make every effort to accommodate your requested date and time, but it is not guaranteed. Luxevo will confirm the final service date and pick-up time upon confirmation of your request.

  3. Service Locations: The pick-up location and drop-off location provided in this form will be the basis for the service itinerary. Any changes or additional stops must be communicated to Luxevo prior to the service date and may be subject to additional charges.

  4. Service Type: Please select the appropriate service type from the options provided, such as Airport Transfers, Chauffeur Service, Point-to-Point, or any other specified service. The service type selected will determine the scope of the service provided.

  5. Vehicle Preference: Please select the preferred vehicle type from the options provided. If 'Other' is selected, please specify the desired vehicle type. Luxevo will make efforts to provide the requested vehicle type, but it is subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar vehicle at Luxevo's discretion.

  6. Chauffeur Preferences: If you have a preferred chauffeur or any special requests regarding the chauffeur, please provide the details in the designated section. While Luxevo will make efforts to accommodate your preferences, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  7. Payment Method: Please select the preferred payment method from the options provided. If 'Other' is selected, please specify the alternative payment method. Payment must be made in full prior to the service, unless otherwise agreed upon with Luxevo.

  8. Service Fee: The cost of the chauffeur service will be communicated to you by Luxevo upon confirmation of your request. The service fee is non-refundable once the service is booked unless otherwise specified by Luxevo. Any additional charges incurred during the service, such as tolls, parking fees, or extra waiting time, will be the responsibility of the customer and must be settled at the end of the service.

  9. Airport Transfers: We provide 60 minutes of waiting time for arrivals. After this period, charges will apply at the rate of BHD 0.200 per minute for all classes and BHD 0.300 per minute for First Class & Luxury SUV Class.

  10. Chauffeur Service: There is no free waiting time; charges apply from the start of the service.

  11. Cancellation and Changes: Free cancellation is allowed before 24 hours of the service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in the full service fee being charged. Changes to the service date, time, or locations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges (This does not apply during high-season and big events).

  12. Liability: Luxevo and its chauffeurs shall not be held liable for any delays, loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the provision of the chauffeur service. Luxevo will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and comfort of the customer, but the customer assumes all risks associated with the service.

  13. Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Luxevo and its affiliates, employees, and chauffeurs harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the chauffeur service.

  14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

 

Driver Details :
Luxevo will provide the driver details within 60 – 90 minutes before the service.
